Liposuction

There is a procedure called “liposuction” that can be very effective in removing the fat deposits that diet and exercise could not. Recovery from liposuction is fairly rapid. If you follow all post-procedure instructions, you should be up and around and back to work in no time. Since each patient is unique, it’s difficult to pinpoint an exact number of days or weeks you will need to fully recover.
