I returned from the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure National Meeting in Dallas and had a chance to experience the positive energy and learn about the substantial good the organization does for women all over the world in an effort to increase surivival from breast cancer. I hope I can help to raise even more money to help the women of Jacksonville diagnosed with breat cancer.
My practice continues to see younger and younger women with breast cancer and offer them all options for breast reconstruction. In our Jacksonville breast reconstruction center, patients can have tissue expander reconstruction, one-stage silicone breast implant breast reconstruction, and DIEP flap reconstruction.
