Number 10/10: Q: What will my skin look like after KYBELLA® injections? A: Initially the skin will be tight from the swelling. As the swelling decreases, the skin will begin to recoil and tighten. The amount of skin tightening that occurs is related to your skin quality (elasticity), age, and genetics. During your consultation, your provider will help you determine if you are a candidate for KYBELLA®.

Number 9/10: Q: What will the area feel like after KYBELLA® injections? A: Majority of patients do not experience any significant symptoms after injection of KYBELLA®, aside from swelling in the area. Some patients report that the area feels tender or heavy, you may feel temporary areas or firmness (nodules), and some men will say it feels numb when shaving the days following injection. If that is the case, precautions should be taken when shaving the days following the injection to prevent cutting yourself.
