She then later elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola reconstruction.

This is a 63 year old female who was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate placement of tissue expanders. After her expansion, she elected for removal of her tissue expanders and placement of Mentor silicone gel breast implants for breast reconstruction.

Patient 38

This is a 68 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 185 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for a lumpectomy with adjuvant chemotherapy. Several years later she was diagnosed with recurrent right breast cancer and elected for bilateral mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders and ADM. Once she was filled to a size of her preference she elected for left removal of tissue expander, capsulotomy with placement of smooth, round, ultra high-profile, Mentor, 400cc silicone gel implants (right augmentation to optimize symmetry) with autologous fat grafting to her left breast. She then elected for revision of her left reconstructed breast with additional autologous fat grafting.

This is a 24 year old female who is 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighed 142 pounds at the time of surgery. Due to a family history of breast cancer with mother she elected for genetic testing which revealed she was positive for BRCA 2 gene mutation. She then elected for bilateral prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of sub-pectoral tissue expanders and ADM. She then elected for bilateral prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of sub-pectoral tissue expanders and ADM. Unfortunately she had a rupture of her implant and then elected for bilateral removal of implants, capsulectomies with placement of implants for breast reconstruction revision. She then elected for revision of right reconstructed breast with autologous fat grafting to bilateral breasts. She then elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.

Patient 57

This is a 51 year old female who is 5 feet 6.5 inches tall and weighed 157 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and elected for a bilateral mastectomies with implant based breast reconstruction. She then elected for bilateral revision of reconstructed breast with autologous fat grafting to infraclavicular hollows. She then underwent bilateral CV nipple flaps and excision of native nipples. She underwent 2D areolar tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.

This is a 58 year old female who is 5 feet 1.5 inches and weighed 158 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for bilateral mastectomies with sub-pectoral tissue expanders with ADM. Once she was filled to size of her preference she underwent a bilateral removal of tissue expanders, capsulotomies with placement of smooth, round, ultra-high, 650 cc silicone gel breast implants with autologous fat grafting.

This is a 50 year old female who is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 157 pounds at the time of surgery. This is a 65 year old female who is 5 fat 9 inches tall and weighed 181 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for right removal of saline implant (placed previously cosmetically), nipple sparing mastectomy with placement of pre-pectoral tissue expander and ADM. Once the expander was filled to a size of her preference she elected for right removal of tissue expander, capsulotomy and placement of bilateral, smooth, round (right extra-filled, 650 cc and left breast moderate-plus profile, 350 cc) silicone gel implants with autologous fat grafting to her breasts.

Patient 61

This is a 68 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 139 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected a lumpectomy which unfortunately pathology showed residual cancer in her margins and then elected for a left nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction utilizing placement of tissue expander and ADM. Once the expander was filled to a size of her preference she elected for left removal of tissue expander, capsulotomy and placement of bilateral smooth, round (left ultra-high profile, 400cc, and right moderate classic 300 cc) silicone gel implants with autologous fat grafting to her breasts.

Patient 62

This is a 68 year old female who is 5 feet tall and weighed 145 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for a left skin-sparing mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction utilizing placement of pre-pectoral tissue expander and ADM with right breast reduction to optimize symmetry. Once she was filled to size of her preference she underwent a left removal of tissue expander with capsulotomy with placement of smooth, round, ultra-high, 650 cc silicone gel breast implants with autologous fat grafting. She then underwent a left CV nipple flap followed by 2D areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.

Patient 63

This is a 34 year-old female who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed 172 pounds at the time of surgery. She was at increased risk development of for breast cancer due to history of Hodgkins lyphoma. She elected for bilateral nipple sparing prophylactic mastectomies with placement of bilateral tissue expanders at the first stage. At her second stage, she elected for removal of bilateral tissue expanders and placement of Mentor smooth, round, high profile extra filled silicone gel 790 cc implants with autologous fat grafting to her bilateral breasts.

Patient 64

This is a 51 year old female who is 5 feet 8 inches and weighed 133 pounds at the time of surgery. She initially underwent a breast augmentation in the early 1990’s and then elected for an augmentation revision with removal and replacement of her implants in 2019 at an outside facility. Unfortunately she developed a chronic infection of her implant and underwent a removal of her right breast implant with capsulectomy. Once she was healed, she elected for placement of tissue expander for contracted skin. Once the tissue expander was filled to the volume of her preference she elected for removal of tissue expander and placement of permanent 420cc Natrelle, highly-cohesive silicone gel implant.

Patient 65

This is a 66 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 120 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for neo-adjuvant chemotherapy and a skin sparing mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expander and ADM. Once the expander was filled to the size of her preference she elected for left removal of tissue expander, capsulotomy, with autologous fat grafting and placement of bilateral smooth, round, silicone gel implants with right breast mastopexy to optimize symmetry. She then elected for revision of her left reconstructed breast with autologous fat grafting to complete her breast reconstruction.

Patient 66

This is a 57 year old female who is 5 feet tall and weighed 141 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for a right mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expander and autoderm and a left breast augmentation with placement of smooth, round, 150 cc ultra profile silicone gel implant for medical necessity. Once the right tissue expander was filled to a size of her preference she elected for a removal of tissue expander, capsulotomy and placement of a 560 cc, smooth, round, high-profile, silicone gel implant with autologous fat grafting. This is a 74 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 159 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer. She underwent right mastectomy with immediate placement of right tissue expander and left mastopexy (breast lift) for symmetry.
