Q: How many KYBELLA® treatment sessions will I require?

A: We categorize patients based on the severity of their submental fullness as mild, moderate, or severe; based on a physical exam during your consultation. A very general guideline is:

• mild submental fullness may require one vial with 2-3 treatment sessions,
• moderate submental fullness may need 1-2 vials with ~3 treatment sessions, and
• severe submental fullness may require two vials with 3+ treatment sessions.

The treatment plan will be discussed with you at your consultation and vary person to person based on your desired aesthetic results and amount of submental fullness/fat.
