Q: What will my recovery be like following a labiaplasty?

A: Typically patients recover quickly from this procedure, usually within one week. The swelling may last up to 3 weeks following a labiaplasty, but this should not prevent you from daily activities. Most patients relax and minimize activities for 3-4 days following surgery and then slowly resume as their body heals.
