Shannon O’Donnell Adams
PA-C
Shannon is a certified Physician Assistant. She has worked with our plastic surgeons since 2012. Shannon works side-by-side with Dr. Ankit Desai and Dr. Michael Fallucco in all aspects of our very busy and efficient surgical practice. Shannon is also a highly-skilled injector with experience in neuromodulators (BOTOX® Cosmetic/Dysport®), microneedling, KYBELLA®, QWO® and dermal facial fillers. Shannon joined the plastic surgery team in 2012 after working in a dermatology clinic. She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern, where she earned her Masters in Medical Science.

Morgen Fletcher
PA-C
A licensed and certified physician assistant, Morgen is a Jacksonville, Florida native. She attended Bishop Kenny High School and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical sciences from the University of North Florida, and Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University, Jacksonville campus. After completing her PA program, Morgen joined Florida Plastic Surgery Group in 2019. Morgen assists Dr. Ankit Desai, Dr. Michael Fallucco and Dr. Michael DeFazio in both the surgical and clinical settings. She is trained in injection of neuromodulators (BOTOX® Cosmetic/Dysport®), KYBELLA® and dermal facial fillers, as well as, microneedling, chemical facial peels, and our offered ZO® Skin Health products.

Nicolette is a certified Physician Assistant. In 2018, she received her Bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences from Troy University. After graduating, she moved back to Florida and went on to earn her Masters of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in 2021. Upon completion of her masters program, she began working with Florida Plastic Surgery Group where she works along side Dr. Ankit Desai, Dr. Michael Fallucco, Dr. Michael Defazio, and Dr. Jacob Rinkinen in both the clinical and surgical settings. She is trained in neuromodulator injections (BOTOX® Cosmetic/Dysport®), Sciton laser treatments, dermal facial fillers, chemical facial peels, and is knowledgeable about our offered ZO® Skin Health products. 'Our practice is very hands on and treats patients how we would want our family to be treated. Whether it’s emotional support for our cancer patients or helping patients feel their best through cosmetic enhancements, we are there for them. This is one of the things I love most about working with Florida Plastic Surgery Group.'
Danielle Reed
PA-C
Danielle is a licensed and certified physician assistant, originally from Annapolis Maryland. In 2014, she earned her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences with a minor in psychology from Clemson University. She then went on to earn her master’s in health sciences and physician assistant studies at University of Maryland Baltimore and Anne Arundel Community College. She began the first four years of her PA career working in ortho-spine and neurosurgery. She joined Florida Plastic Surgery Group in 2022 where she discovered her passion for plastic surgery. Danielle assists Dr. Ankit Desai, Dr. Michael Fallucco, Dr. Michael DeFazio, and Dr. Jacob Rinkinen in both surgical and clinical settings. She is trained in neuromodulators (BOTOX® Cosmetic/Dysport®), microneedling, KYBELLA®, dermal facial fillers, and Sciton Halo®/BBL® laser treatments.
Addison Smith
PA-C
Addison is a certified Physician Assistant who graduated with a Master in Clinical Medical Science from Barry University in Miami, FL in 2021. She was born and raised in South Florida and moved to Jacksonville in 2013 to attend the University of North Florida. Addison joined Florida Plastic Surgery Group in 2023. She assists the surgeons during surgery and hospital rounds, as well as in the clinic. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, surfing, and hanging out with her friends and family.
Morgan Gavlik
PA-C
Morgan is a board certified physician assistant who grew up in Jacksonville, Fl. She attended Stanton College Preparatory School and continued her undergraduate career at the University of North Florida where she graduated with a degree in exercise physiology. She pursued a degree in medicine at South University-Savannah, GA and graduated with her masters in physician assistant studies in 2017. Upon graduation, Morgan worked as a PA-C in the emergency department for 5.5 years before joining Florida Plastic Surgery Group. She currently works along side Dr. Ankit Desai, Dr. Michael Fallucco, Dr. Michael Defazio, and Dr. Jacob Rinkinen in both the clinical and surgical settings. She is trained in injection of neuromodulators (BOTOX® Cosmetic/Dysport®), KYBELLA® and dermal facial fillers, as well as, Halo/BBL Sciton lasers and our offered ZO® Skin Health products."Plastic and reconstructive surgery has always fascinated me. I admire the innovation and new treatment changes that plastic surgery continues to introduce to the field of medicine. At Florida Plastic Surgery Group I am constantly learning new techniques, in both the clinical and surgical settings, that allow me to better care for our patients.
