Patient 2

She is status post left lumpectomy followed by radiation therapy. Her lumpectomy reconstruction involved fat grafting to her left breast and a right mastopexy (breast lift) to optimize symmetry.

Patient 3

She is status-post left lumpectomy, riggotomies, and autologous fat grafting.

Patient 4

This is a 62 year old female who is 5 foot 5 inches and weighed 146 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for a lumpectomy with adjuvant chemotherapy. She then elected for a left oncoplastic reconstruction with right breast wise pattern reduction to optimize symmetry for medical necessity.

Patient 5

This is a 45 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 120 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for a left lumpectomy. Shortly after she underwent a left oncoplastic reconstruction with wise pattern mastopexy and right breast mastopexy to optimize symmetry.

Patient 6

This is a 36 year old female who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighed 177 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for a left lumpectomy with oncoplastic reconstruction and a right mastopexy to optimize symmetry.

Patient 7

This is a 46 year old female who is 5 feet tall and weighed 125 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for a right lumpectomy with removal of implants (placed cosmetically previously) and capsulectomies with right oncoplastic reconstruction with placement smooth, round saline implant and left breast augmentation with placement of saline implant to optimize symmetry for medical necessity.

Patient 8

This is a 51 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 170 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for a right lumpectomy with adjuvant radiation therapy. She then underwent a right oncoplastic reconstruction with left mastopexy to optimize symmetry with autologous fat grafting to breasts with left inverted nipple repair.
