Labia Rejuvenation

Labia Reduction or labiaplasty can tighten, tone, and make your labia more symmetric, creating a younger sexier appearance. Enlarged labia minor can also create psychosocial or functional impairments. Our patients at Florida Plastic Surgery Group often complain of personal hygiene issues, local irritation, interference with sexual intercourse, as well as pain with exercise (i.e. horseback riding, cycling, & walking). Labial reduction surgery is performed in an outpatient setting by one of our board-certified plastic surgeons and involves a conservative reduction of the labia minora.

The procedure is performed either under general or local anesthesia. All the stitches are self-dissolving, and patients are instructed to avoid exercise and sexual intercourse for 4 weeks after surgery.

Labia reduction and/or vaginal rejuvenation are very private surgeries that you may not feel comfortable discussing with a surgeon. However, our doctors have performed these procedures many times, and our patients are always thrilled with the results. If you would like to learn more about these procedures, please contact our practice today.
