Guide For Traveling Patients

We understand that traveling for plastic surgery can be a daunting experience. That's why we have created this guide to help you prepare for your visit to our facility.

Before Your Trip:

  • Consultation: Schedule a consultation with our plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and expectations for the surgery. You can do this in-person or virtually.
  • Medical Clearance: Obtain medical clearance from your primary care physician or specialist. This is especially important if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book your travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation to and from our facility.
  • Pre-Op Instructions: Follow our pre-operative instructions carefully to ensure a successful surgery. This may include avoiding certain medications and supplements, quitting smoking, and fasting before surgery.

During Your Visit:

  • Meet With Your Surgeon: Meet with your surgeon to review your surgical plan and ask any questions you may have.
  • Surgery Day: On the day of your surgery, arrive at our facility on time, wearing comfortable clothing and no jewelry or makeup.
  • Recovery: After surgery, we will guide you through our post-operative instructions carefully to ensure a smooth recovery. Depending on what procedure(s) you had performed will determine how long we recommend you stay in town.
  • Follow-Up Appointments: Schedule follow-up appointments with your surgeon to monitor your progress and ensure a successful outcome which will be a combination of in-person and virtual, depending on your needs.

After Your Visit:

  • Post-Op Care: Follow our post-operative instructions and attend all follow-up appointments.
  • Travel Home: When traveling home, take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
  • Results: Enjoy your new look and the confidence that comes with it!
