This is a 36 year old female who is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighed 128 pounds at the time of surgery. She elected for a mini-abdominoplasty with breast augmentation revision with removal of bilateral saline implants and capsulotomies with lateral capsulorrhaphy with placement of smooth, round, extra-filled, high-profile, 490 cc silicone gel implants.
