This is a 45 year old female who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighed 151 pounds at the time of her surgery. She initially elected for a bilateral augmentation in the distant past. She underwent a bilateral removal of sub-muscular implants, placement of smooth, round, 275 cc, Mentor, saline breast implants with wise pattern mastopexy to enhance and lift her breasts.
