This is a 34 year old female who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighed 143 pounds at the time of surgery. She underwent removal of bilateral implants with capsulorrhaphy, placement of smooth, round, high-profile, extra-filled, Mentor 490 cc silicone gel implants, correction of pseudotosis, autologous fat grafting to bilateral breasts, mini-abdominoplasty, liposuction of the hips/abdomen/flanks, and repair of right earlobe.
