This is a 31 year female who is 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighed 173 pounds at the time of surgery. Due to a strong family history of breast cancer she elected for a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction utilizing DIEP flaps and phasix mesh to the abdomen. She then elected for bilateral revision of reconstructed breasts with autologous fat grafting to complete her breast reconstruction.
