This is a 56 year old female who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed 156 pounds at the time of her surgery. Due to a strong family history of breast cancer, she elected for bilateral prophylactic skin-sparing simple mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction utilizing DIEP flaps and phasix mesh to the abdomen. She then elected for bilateral revision of reconstructed breasts with autologous fat grafting and excision of fat necrosis to her abdomen. She then elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
