This is a 61 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches and weighed 177 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for bilateral skin sparing mastectomies with delayed- immediate breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders and ADM for her first stage of reconstruction. She then elected for bilateral removal of tissues expanders, capsulectomies, placement of DIEP flaps. She then desired larger size breasts and elected for bilateral revision of reconstructed breasts with placement of HCG implants, excision of abdominal scar and phasix mesh to the abdomen. She then elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
