This is a 54 year-old female who is 5 feet 4 inches and weighed 194 pounds at the time of her procedure. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for a right mastectomy followed by a right delayed DIEP flap and a left breast reduction. Following this surgery she elected for a right 3D nipple/areola reconstruction with tatttoos.
