This is a 57 year old female who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighed 255 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for a left breast mastectomy with adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation therapy. She then elected for a delayed breast reconstruction utilizing a DIEP flap and phasix mesh to the abdomen with right mastopexy to optimize symmetry. She then elected for left 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
